Our founder, Tom Welsby, was once a strata manager. On a scorching 39-degree day, a pool pump broke and over 100 emails flooded his inbox. That moment sparked the idea: there had to be a better way.

With a background in accounting, Tom transitioned early into community management, founding resvu to enhance service through technology. An avid fisherman, he also enjoys classic muscle cars and outback adventures with his family.

Known for his calm leadership, Brett balances his roles as a father, football coach, and the office’s coffee guru with a passion for the outdoors and bonfires.

Tony’s 25-year career spans digital transformation in both big and small companies, focusing on enhancing user experience through technology. Off work, he enjoys tennis, golf, and red wine.

Mia enjoys camping, building LEGO with her children, and reading, particularly historical novels about Europe.

Bringing a wealth of experience in mismanaging the time of her parents (Tom & Kylie) Annabelle’s day to day focus generally relates to new business and employee demands, reviewing content (must be colourful) and delivering smiles all day long to her favourite team members.

With a decade of customer success experience, Ben enjoys family time, cooking Italian meals, and cricket.

Passionate about all forms of design, Issy spends her free time gardening, enjoying trying new recipes, or practicing jiu-jitsu.

A culinary enthusiast, Jarrad translates his love for creating dishes into providing top-tier training and customer support.

Angela loves learning new things, from psychology, and early childhood education to graphic design. In her own time, she loves exploring new natural or built places, digital drawing and spending time with family.

Gabe supports our customers with the same calm and care he brought to his past life as a chef. He’s passionate about helping users get the most out of resvu, and in his spare time, he’s building his own video game from scratch.

With extensive experience in integration development, Adi enjoys diving into new cultural experiences, tasting diverse cuisines, and supporting those around him.

Johann is our Colombian soccer guru. He loves spending time with his girlfriend and driving around with her in the beautiful Australian countryside.

Wei, our senior software engineer spends the majority of his day on the front-end side of development, and when he’s not working he loves contributing to open-source projects to further sharpen his skills. And if you catch him on a rare break from coding, he loves playing card games like Hearthstone and Balatro.

An enthusiast of new technologies and cultures, Rain’s favourite travel destination is New Zealand, and he’s always ready to offer travel tips.

Tuan is our junior software engineer, he mainly works on integration and deployment projects. He’s also super in to learning languages. Already fluent in Vietnamese and English, right now he’s dabbling in German and Japanese.
Tuan also has a serious sweet tooth, he’s currently on a mission to create the perfect cheesecake.
